he Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Future Development Holdings Limited (FDHL) to develop a new 2,000-kanal housing scheme within Capital Smart City in Rawalpindi District.

The agreement was signed through FGEHA’s Joint Venture Projects Wing at the authority’s headquarters in Sector G-10/4, Islamabad. The project will be developed under a Land Sharing Model, aimed at utilising available resources efficiently and accelerating the development of modern residential facilities.

According to FGEHA, the partnership marks another step towards providing modern housing opportunities for federal government employees and the general public. The project is expected to expand residential options for people seeking homes in planned communities across the Islamabad-Rawalpindi region. However, details regarding plot sizes, prices, payment plans, eligibility criteria and application dates have not yet been announced.

Prospective buyers are advised to wait for official FGEHA announcements and avoid making payments for plots or advance bookings until the formal application process is announced.
