Etihad Town has officially handed over possession of plots in Etihad Town Phase II ahead of its promised schedule, marking a major milestone for the Lahore housing project. A possession ceremony was held at the project’s cricket stadium in Lahore, attended by customers, investors, business representatives, Strategic Sales Partners, stakeholders and media personalities.
The ceremony was hosted by television personalities Vasay Chaudhry and Waseem Badami, with journalists and media figures including Mansoor Ali Khan, Muhammad Malick and Muneeb Farooq also in attendance. The formal possession handover allows buyers to take physical control of their properties earlier than expected.
According to the project management, Etihad Town Phase II has developed into a fully liveable residential community, enabling investors to move from property ownership on paper to possession of their plots on the ground.
Located on Pine Avenue in Lahore, Etihad Town Phase II offers access to Ferozepur Road, Raiwind Road and Jia Bagga Road. The project is also reported to be around two minutes from Lahore Ring Road, providing convenient connectivity to key areas of the city.
Speaking at the ceremony, Etihad Town COO Sheikh Shujaullah Khan termed the early possession a significant achievement for the developer and its customers. He also announced that Etihad Town plans to complete and deliver two additional projects ahead of their committed timelines during 2026.
