The initiative is aimed at reducing the need for residents to visit CDA and MCI offices for routine municipal services.
In addition to property tax and water bill payments, the PAK App provides access to several other civic services, including advertising and open-space permissions, parking permits, generator licences and other municipal approvals.
The digital platform brings multiple municipal processes together in one place, allowing users to manage applications, documents and payments more conveniently. The addition of recurring property-related payments is expected to make it easier for residents and businesses to keep track of their civic obligations.
The move is also part of CDA's broader efforts to improve transparency and digitise public services.
