  • Assured Possession with Flexibility: Possession of the plot is guaranteed after 75% of the premium is paid, with the flexibility of a valid bank guarantee covering the remaining balance.
  • Pro-rata Tax Levies: Taxes will be applied on a pro-rata basis, in strict accordance with the applicable Finance Act, ensuring fairness and clarity.
