Airblue has inaugurated a new direct international route between Islamabad and Dammam, further strengthening air connectivity between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. The private carrier will operate the service twice weekly, on Thursdays and Saturdays, offering passengers added flexibility and more travel choices.
The launch ceremony at Islamabad International Airport was attended by senior airline executives, airport officials, and other dignitaries, where Airblue’s Director Commercial Muhammad Shafique said the route is aimed at meeting rising travel demand from business travellers and the large expatriate community in the Kingdom’s Eastern Province. He added that Airblue remains focused on expanding its international network and delivering reliable, high-quality service across all its destinations
