Dot Zero – Empowering Tech Founders in Karachi
Dot Zero is more than just a coworking space—it’s a curated startup community and launchpad, located on the 14th floor of Dilkusha Forum, Tariq Road, Karachi. Launched in July 2013, Dot Zero was the first of its kind in Pakistan, built by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. The space intentionally maintains a selective membership policy, admitting only scalable and innovative tech startups through a competitive application process (with a ~20 % acceptance rate), making it ideal for pre‑product and early-stage teams focused on growth and collaboration
Designed to foster interaction among startups, the floor is organized into zones and hot desks—zones offer dedicated or enclosed space for small teams, while hot desks serve solo founders or flexible workers. Each package includes high-speed internet (up to 40 Mbps shared), café access with complimentary tea/coffee and water, and use of meeting rooms and collaboration areas. There’s also a quiet prayer room and ample parking under CCTV surveillance.
Dot Zero hosts community events, investor meetups, and mentoring sessions, bridging members to a broader ecosystem. As startups grow beyond ~20 employees, they are invited to “graduate” into private offices—opening up space for new high-potential startups. The environment is fast-paced, idea-driven, and particularly suited for founders who prioritize growth, networking, and ecosystem access.
