Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Limited is a joint venture between Honda Motor Co. Ltd., Japan and Atlas Group, Pakistan. Established in 1992, it began local production in 1994, setting new benchmarks in quality, technology, and customer satisfaction in the Pakistani automotive industry.

Business Model

Operating on a CKD (Completely Knocked Down) model, Honda Atlas imports vehicle kits from Japan and assembles them at its modern Lahore-based manufacturing plant. The company distributes and services its vehicles through a wide network of authorized 3S dealerships (Sales, Service & Spare Parts) nationwide—ensuring consistent quality and customer experience.

• Locally Assembled: Honda Civic, City, BR-V, HR-V
• Imported Models: Honda CR-V, Accord

Franchising & Dealerships

While Honda Atlas does not offer open franchising, it operates through authorized dealership partnerships with selected investors. These dealerships are required to meet Honda’s global standards in operations, facility design, and customer service. Currently, the company maintains over 35+ 3S dealerships across major cities of Pakistan.
