Cnergyico PK Limited, previously known as Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited, is a leading name in Pakistan’s downstream oil sector. It operates the largest privately-owned oil refinery in the country and is the only company with a Single Point Mooring (SPM) facility, giving it a unique logistical and operational edge.

Business Model

Cnergyico follows a fully integrated downstream energy model, ensuring control across the entire supply chain:

• Crude Oil Import: Uses its offshore Single Point Mooring (SPM) facility to import crude oil via VLCCs directly into its system.
• Refining Operations: Operates a combined refining capacity of ~156,000 barrels per day, producing petrol, diesel, furnace oil, LPG, jet fuel, and lubricants.
• Storage & Distribution: Maintains expansive storage infrastructure and operates a fleet of tankers for fuel logistics.
• Retail Network: Distributes refined products via 400+ retail outlets, growing by ~35 new stations per year, mostly through a dealership model.
• Lubricants & E-Commerce: Manufactures its own branded lubricants and sells online in partnership with Daraz.pk.

Cnergyico is aggressively expanding its retail footprint through strategic dealerships, providing:

• Branded petrol pumps with Cnergyico signage and product offerings
• Dealership support in terms of supply, branding, and staff training
• Sale of petrol, diesel, LPG, lubricants, and non-fuel retail services

Innovation & Expansion

• Currently undergoing refinery Upgrade-1, including FCC and DHDS units, to produce Euro-V compliant fuels
• Launched e-commerce retail of lubricants for customer convenience
• Plans to enter petrochemicals and alternative energy sectors
