JioMart was soft-launched in December 2019, with pilot operations in Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Kalyan in April 2020. Fully rolled out in May 2020 to ~200 cities across India. It grew rapidly under Reliance Retail, leveraging its logistics and retail infrastructure
