Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive / Telemarketing professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing outbound calls, scheduling appointments, managing follow-ups, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives. You will also contribute to maintaining accurate sales records, assisting with open house coordination, and enhancing the company’s digital presence through SEO-focused strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential clients to promote services and generate leads.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
- Perform timely follow-up calls and maintain a strong relationship with prospective clients.
- Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems with client information and sales activities.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating open houses, property showings, and marketing events.
- Support the optimization of the company website for SEO to improve online visibility and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and meet sales targets.
- Prepare reports on daily activities, call outcomes, and lead conversions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- (Candidates with a High School Diploma and relevant experience will also be considered.)
- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales support role.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and online marketing techniques (especially SEO).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
